TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern any photography booking made with Olin Craggs ("photographer", "I", "me"). By booking a session, you ("client") agree to the terms below.
Booking
No deposit is required to secure your session date. Your booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed in writing (e.g. by email).
Expenses
Travel is charged at 45p per mile for journeys up to one hour from the GL11 area. Any travel exceeding one hour will incur further travel fees, to be discussed and agreed with the client before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, a refund will be given for cancellations made at least 7 days before the session date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may not be eligible for a refund, at the photographer's discretion.
If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I will do my best to accommodate an alternative date, subject to availability.
If the photographer needs to cancel or reschedule (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the client will be offered a full refund or the next available alternative date, at the client's choice.
Payment
Full payment of the invoice is required before images are delivered. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, cash, or PayPal. Images will not be released, previewed, or transferred until payment has cleared in full.
Image Use and Rights
Olin Craggs retains full copyright over all images produced. The client is granted a personal and/or commercial license to use the images, as agreed between the photographer and client at the time of booking. Any accreditation requirements (e.g. crediting the photographer when images are shared or published) will be agreed between both parties and should be honoured by the client.
Portfolio and marketing use: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you would prefer your images are not used in this way, please let the photographer know before the session so this can be agreed and recorded.
Editing and Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via Pixieset within 14 days of the session. Unedited/RAW files are not included or delivered under any circumstances.
Liability
The photographer will take all reasonable care during a session but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, technical equipment failure) that affect the outcome of a shoot. In the rare event of equipment or data failure resulting in the loss of images, the photographer's liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected session.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
